PreGame: Flames vs Senators Dec 30

The Senators held preskate this morning at Scotiabank Place.  Chris Phillips was on the ice again and will play this evening against Calgary.  Alex Auld gets the start, while Matt Carkner is a healthy scratch.  As far as the lines go, Daniel Alfredsson has been moved to the second line with Kyle Turris & Erik Condra in an effort to distribute scoring threats evenly through the lineup.  Colin Greening moves back with Jason Spezza & Milan Michalek, while Nick Foligno joins Zack Smith & Bobby Butler on the third line.  Here’s Coach MacLean on the decision to pair Alfredsson with Turris, as well as the call to give Alex Auld the start in goal.
