Senators Practice Mar 22

A short & slow paced practice at Scotiabank Place this morning.  As expected, Jason Spezza returned to the ice after taking yesterday off to recover from an illness.  The more surprising revelation was Craig Anderson taking shots on the starter’s side of the ice.

After a short media scrum in front of his old locker, Anderson revealed that he felt ready to go and that it was up to the Coach when he would return.  About 30 minutes later, Coach MacLean announced Anderson would start Friday night vs the Habs, with Ben Bishop as his backup.
