The Senators took to the ice at Bell Sensplex Tuesday morning before leaving for another installment of the Battle of Ontario.  Joining the team on the ice was forward Milan Michalek, recently recalled Mark Stone & Guillaume Latendresse, who was practicing with the team for the first time since experience whiplash against the Montreal Canadiens.

The lines were as follows:

Michalek-Turris-Alfredsson

Silfverberg-Regin-Stone

Greening-Smith-Neil

Dziurzynski-Zibanejad-Condra

Daugavins-O’Brien-Latendresse

D pairings – Methot-Gryba, Wiercioch-Gonchar, Phillips-Benoit

Lehner & Bishop

Afterwards, Coach MacLean announced that Ben Bishop would get the start against the Maple Leafs on Wednesday.  He also revealed that Craig Anderson would not be going on the trip as his ankle hasn’t responded as expected (but not a setback) & if Guillaume Latendresse accompanied that team, it would be only practice.  Finally, no lineup changes have been finalized but Michalek has told him that he is ready to go and Mark Stone’s recall was to bring much-needed offence.

Milan Michalek answers questions about how he feels, the upcoming game vs Toronto, his knee and the team’s scoring woes.
