All kinds of news coming from today’s practice at Scotiabank Place.   The most surprising of all being the fact that Jared Cowen was on the ice with the rest of the team.  Mike Hoffman & Craig Anderson also joined the crew, as did Kaspars Daugavins, who was placed on waivers yesterday by the Senators.

Here were the lines:

Hoffman-Turris-Alfredsson

Latendresse-Zibanejad-Silfverberg

Greening-O’Brien-Neil

Kassian-Smith-Condra

D-pairings – Methot-Gryba, Wiercioch-Gonchar, Phillips-Benoit, Cowen-Lundin.

Bishop in home net, Lehner/Anderson alternating in other.

Afterwards, Coach MacLean confirmed that Ben Bishop would be tomorrow night’s starter against the Rangers.

Craig Anderson on how he feels, his timeline, whether he’s still in pain & if he anticipated being out more than a month.
