Penguins vs Senators Game 4 PreGame May 22

The Senators hit the ice for pregame skate on Wednesday morning in advance of their 7:30pm game against the Pittsburgh Penguins.  Here were the lines:

Conacher-Spezza-Stone

Silfverberg-Turris-Alfredsson

Smith-Zibanejad-Neil

Greening-Pageau-Condra

D-pairings – Methot-Karlsson, Cowen-Gonchar, Phillips-Benoit. Lundin, Wiercioch, Gryba.

Anderson-Lehner

As you can see, it is expected that Mark Stone will make his 2013 playoff debut alongside Jason Spezza, taking the place of Cory Conacher.  Milan Michalek, who missed pregame skate, will skate on Spezza’s other side.  Also making his return was Eric Gryba, who has not played since colliding with Brooks Orpik in Game 1.

As for the Penguins, they held an optional skate.  Names such as Sidney Crosby, James Neal & Pascal Dupuis all elected to skip it.  Afterwards, there was speculation that Jussi Jokinen may draw back into the lineup this evening, but Dan Bylsma would not comment.  There was also no update on the status of Brenden Morrow after he left practice early yesterday.
