Senators Practice Nov 4

The Senators took to the ice at the Canadian Tire Centre Monday afternoon, a day before having to leave for Columbus to face the Blue Jackets.  Here were the lines.

Greening-Spezza-Zibanejad

MacArthur-Turris-Ryan

Michalek-Smith-Neil

Kassian-Grant-Conacher

D-pairings – Phillips-Gryba, Cowen-Karlsson, Wiercioch-Corvo, Borowiecki-Methot

Lehner – Ryan Dube (Carleton)

As you see above, the injury to Craig Anderson last evening forced the team to call a local player by the name of Ryan Dube to play goal. Dube is the netminder for the Carleton Ravens and practiced with some of the Senators during the lockout.

Afterwards, Coach MacLean announced that, following some tests, Craig Anderson has been deemed day-to-day.  Anderson will not travel with the club to Columbus and Nathan Lawson will backup Robin Lehner.
